Dedicated to helping, supporting, and treating everyone with respect, compassion, and dignity.
Elite Treatment Center has a team of professional addiction specialists offering a broad range of addiction treatment and recovery services for substance abuse. We have the experience in dealing with heavy use, treating addiction, managing withdrawals, and making sure that their recovery stays and that they live a self-directed life with the desire to reach their full potential.
We get to know and help individuals that come to Elite Treatment Center discover possible underlying issues that may be the reason for substance abuse. Our therapy services are geared to this such that their issues like grief and loss, post-traumatic stress disorder, anger management, low self-esteem or other psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues are resolved.
We address our clients’ varied needs by offering a wide array of therapy services, including:
Methadone Maintenance Treatment
Methadone maintenance treatment is the use of methadone as treatment for someone with substance abuse issues. Methadone is administered over a prolonged period of time and is used when detoxification has been unsuccessful. Methadone maintenance treatment enables individuals to avoid painful withdrawal symptoms that result from total abstinence.
Outpatient Treatment for Substance Abuse
Outpatient treatment doesn’t require people to live at the facility during treatments.
This is for people who have lost their drivers license for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We provide evaluation, risk education, and treatment services.
DUI Evaluation and Risk Education
Illinois law mandates the completion of a risk education course by DUI offenders. Our DUI evaluation and risk education program will give you the chance to learn about the consequences and risks of alcohol and other drug abuse. We provide our clients with the support and information they need to help develop a personal change plan to avoid future problems with drugs, alcohol, and impaired driving.
If one or more family members are experiencing mental health issues, it can affect everyone. Our therapists can work with a broad range of relationship and psychological problems, including child/teen behavior or school problems; blended or step families; family conflict and fighting; and other stressful events involving everyone in the family, such as divorce, death, or financial
Anger is a natural, healthy emotion when expressed appropriately. However, if you notice your anger getting out of hand and if it starts to affect your relationships, health, and social life, you may need anger management classes. Through our anger management program, we help you recognize the signs of anger, what triggers your rage, and take positive steps to deal with it.
Our victim-witness coordinator will assist all violent crime victims throughout the court process – from victim impact statement preparation through the sentencing phase. Through our victim impact program, we accompany victims to the court providing we with all the support they need. We advocate for the needs of our clients and help ensure justice is served.
Sex Offender Counseling
Sex offender counseling is different from other therapies for adults. It is a serious and encouraging process that focuses on learning specialized techniques for stopping abusive behavior, being accountable, and for taking responsibility for harm done. For those who have committed a sexual offense, treatment may lower the future risk of re-offending. Treatment doesn’t excuse or offer amnesty for abusive acts.
Do you want to quit smoking but don’t know where to start? If you don’t want to quit cold turkey, we can help you. Through our smoking cessation program, we can provide you with the tools and resources that you need to stop smoking. We can also recommend nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) products to help with the process.
Both the victim and the abuser can benefit from domestic violence therapy. Domestic abuse survivors can visit our therapists to learn how to cope with the emotional trauma they have endured, while abuse victims (who are still in the abusive environment), can get help with recognizing signs of abuse and building up their self-esteem and courage to leave. On the other hand, abusers can benefit from domestic violence therapy by learning how to identify triggers, manage anger, and stop blaming others for their shortcomings.
